CHALLENGE

As an editorial tastemaker brand, PotteryBarn.com’s success relies on visual storytelling that feels timeless yet current. Every product page must inspire a lifestyle, not just sell a product. The challenge was maintaining that elevated, curated look while producing thousands of assets each season across the 40,000+ PDP catalog and category pages.

SOLUTION

I led the in-house production team through a creative and operational transformation. My introduction of comprehensive photography standards across all product categories and implementation of proprietary workflow software scaled image curation and production processes without sacrificing quality. These systems balanced speed with storytelling and ensured that every product story reflected Pottery Barn’s design-driven ethos.

RESULT

Achieved a 100% increase in output while elevating brand presence. Product page stories became more polished, aspirational, and editorially-driven, enhancing the customer experience and reinforcing Pottery Barn’s reputation as a leader in home design and lifestyle.
